Manfred's Former Self
On one late summer evening, Manfred went over to a nearby pond and looked at a reflection of himself in the water. Something weird was in the reflection and it was Manfred before he became a demonic plane years ago. Manfred stared at the brown eyes he once had for a couple minutes and the sky in the reflection was brighter. As the sun came down, Manfred walked away as way of saying goodbye to his former self.
The reason why I decided to draw this because I miss drawing Manfred's original look and I also draw this in time for my DeviantArt account's 5th anniversary (2012-2017). DeviantArt was the place for me to draw my living machine/vehicle characters for the world to see and it was an escape from the bullying I went through in school the year before. I'll never forget the magic of when I first got into the living machine community on DA and how fresh everything was when I first started drawing my characters. There might be a couple more pics having to do with my characters' art heritage before my 5th anniversary coming up on November 8, 2017.

Wow, this was a year ago. Honestly, I've visited your profile several times, and have always wondered why "Manfred" managed to become a demon, and how that'd change him as a character. It seemed to me that there'd be some superiority complex as a supernatural being, an inferiority complex as being "possessed", cursed, etc, or maybe even a desperation to look like a 'good' person despite being 'demonic' in physiology.
