Stress exists in everyone. And sometimes, it can get the better of them. Sometimes I feel like I'm drowning in stress, and as I try to find some sort of outlet, the only thing that happens is more stress weighs me down and fills me. Everything I own lately has been breaking and my only source of income isn't bringing in anything, so I've just been panicking and freaking out.
But my stress isn't the fault of any one person. It's just a built up emotion from many many events. I don't want to worry people with my emotions. It's why most of the time I present Ifra as a bubbly-goofball. It's the image I want. But at the same time, I can't ignore my emotions either.
But yeah, don't worry. Ifra'll be fine. I'll be fine. I just need time to de-stress. I just wanted to let everyone know how I've felt lately.
