Still trying to make Killian seem a little more mature and realistic in his design. I have decided his species is Bearded Raptor: half bearded dragon, half raptor. He now has tail feathers, beard and eye brow spines, and soon a more detailed scale pattern and color palette! His tail still remains prehensile though, so he can use it to play bitchin' guitar solos. This was good anatomy practice. I just hope I can replicate the pose for a clothed version as well.... Traditional media makes that a bitch... Although.... I suppose I could scan it in and retrace the line art? Then make a copy of it and add clothes to one of them? That's a thing right?
