★ 2017 Tarot Card Badge : Ryuu Daiga, Death ~
★ Hi there everyone!
★ Got some badges from the traditional batch I've been working on while overcoming my cold, this one is a 2017 Tarot Card Badge here commissioned by a very good friend
! Ryuu selected Death for their amazing character Ryuu Daiga! I love Ryuu's character so much, so unique and interesting! I did my best to fit his whole body into the illustration with the same meaning as the Death tarot card~ This badge features glitter as well as metallic gold gel pen for the border~ For Death my reference book reads :
"Divinitory Meaning : Transformation, change, destruction followed by renewal. The change may be in consciousness. Birth of new ideas, new opportunities.
Reversed : Disaster, political upheaval, revolution, anarchy. Death of a political figure. Temporary stagnation. Tendency to inertia."
★ Please note : This is what my reference book reads, it is the opinion of the author and not the one and only meaning of this card. Each reading and card is unique to the one asking a question or reader, there is a different interpretation of a card for every one person who observes it.
★ The old king is dead, and with his passing a new beginning! In my experience quite a few people are surprised the the Death card can have a positive meaning when drawn upright, but as more expected a much darker meaning when drawn in reverse~ What a great card choice! I really hope you like it Ryuu!
