This character is one for a certain cute car loving cat that I know. ;) This car was originally built for parades and children's events, but after the company went out of business, her services were no longer needed, and she was stored in a warehouse until being sold at auction a cat girl named Lucia.
It's model and maker are unknown, only that when asks, she responds by saying that she's a Kittycar. Lucia gave her the name Kitty because she most of the time she speaks to Lucia, she refers to herself in third-person as Kitty. So Lucia decided to make that her name. Not that Kitty minds. She's quite happy with the name.
Kitty is different from your average living car in that she often acts like a real cat. She purrs when she's happy, she rubs up against people she likes and trusts, and she loves being pet. :) She also tends to nap like a real cat, too, and like a real cat, which can sometimes make it so she won't start unless Lucia wakes her up first. How well Kitty runs and how many miles per gallon she gets often depends on her mood. Kitty's behavior is very simple to understand: Be nice and friendly with Kitty, and she'll be nice, friendly, cute, and run well for you. :3 Be mean to Kitty, and she'll hiss, growl, and refuse to run or even start. She can't bite or scratch, but she can make it so her engine won't start, or so that it won't stay running if you mistreat her. So if you ever want to ride in, drive, or simply give her attention, treating her nicely is the way to go. :)
I based her design on a car I drew for a good friend of mine a few years ago, hence the reason her license plate says "KITTY02". :) I added the patches and tape to her tires to give them more of a cartoonish look. :)

Actually, that's what her tail does. :3 It moves back and forth when she's happy, but it also acts as a crank. :) I would recommend scratching the back of it a bit first because she likes getting scratched there, which in turn will make her more likely to start when you turn her tail crack. :3
