So I was over at a friend's mom's house (he was housesitting) and another friend had on a pride necklace that I really liked. I've been wanting one so we took a trip down to a beading store and I picked out beads that I liked in each color I needed, plus spacers to separate the colors and make the necklace bigger. The best part is, while my friend's cost him about $10, mine was only about $6.50 and I made it myself.
I know the picture isn't the greatest, but I am going to try and get a better one that I can post instead.

Do you just drape it over or does the wire open and close? It's pretty, but honestly the wire doesn't look that nice, something looser like a fine chain might be prettier and more comfortable. Seriously, you should make these for sale!

The wire does open and close, there is a twist clasp at the top. And before I sold them, I would have to figure out shipping and all that. The beads alone cost about $6.50, and the first few orders would have to be paid in advance. The wire doesn't dig in at all, it just sorta rests on my neck. I wore it all day today.
