More stuff from the aforementioned ESPN Speedworld soundtrack, this being the starting grid music, or at least, it was for the race I managed to get a pure rip of it from. Slight variation to it involved only doing two repeats of the main melody, and then ending on the (surprisingly jaunty) bass solo which I think I did a good job recreating, specifically in respect to the jaunty nature.
This one was quite easy to make, but with a lot more patterns than normal, mostly because no two parts of the drum track are really the same, other than the aforementioned repeats of the main melody. Also, part of adding the bass solo in involved making two tracks of reference, but that left a sorta blank space in the music between one and the other and I decided to add the big tomroll in the middle in to bridge the gap.
Again, I don't know who wrote Speedworld's music, John Colby wrote a lot of it and I think this one is more likely to be one of his, but I can't be certain.
