Anyway, this piece was a personal one for me. I struggled with a lot of emotional crap in high school, had a lot of dark days that still follow me around. They still creep up on me if I'm not paying attention, but I'm better now. How I got through it at the time left me with a love for the Mass Effect franchise, and allowed this couple take a special place in my heart. They're the reason I got into writing in general, and why I've got what little sanity I have left. It's nice to finally get these guys some art just for them.

Sentimental BS aside, here's the pic. Tali and my Shepard post-ME3, a year or so into semi-retirement for the pair. Tali gave him the necklace in a party the crew threw him after he finally dragged his wounded ass out of the hospital, and the shirt's because Shep was always a closet nerd. (Also a music addict, but that's another story). And they all lived happily ever after on Rannoch, in a house the Geth refused to let him pay them back for, with a pet Varren named Urz and the Quarian version of a cat named Tink constantly antagonizing each other in the yard.
