"Max, Tessa, Assessment!"
"A little difficult sir." Tessa said "We went to the yard and got pinned." The moment she tried to peak out shots were fired at her, and she hid again.
Max stood behind a building across from her cover "Distract, and I can handle the rest." Tremor shout, and started up his minigun.
"Easier said than done," Tessa said "They knew we'd come this way?" She set her gun down and held her hands together "Hold on." I got one shot at this. She rubbed them for moment, and when she pulled them apart, electricity flew in and out of her tips.
Tremor still stayed behind his wall, trying to listen for the soldiers, hearing sand being moved closer and closer by them. Tiem would be running out if nothing was done, and his gun was useless at close quarters. He looked to Tessa as Electricity was building up, and then got a foot ready. Just then, Tessa made her move.
"Cover me!" Tessa shouted and dove out of cover and pointed her hand and a blue bolt shot right blew apart the ground at their feet.
They blast blew dust and startled them all at what just happened. Through the dust some went to aim at her, but Tremor stepped out and threw a punch in the air. From his fist came a shock wave that sent them against the walls of the building behind them; thrown off and unable to prepare for his minigun.
Tessa had raced to her feet as one other guy tried to make a dash from the gunfire. Electricity still ran through her, and at a thrust another bolt send him off this feet for Max so finish.
"Are you alright?" Tremor asked, putting a hand on her shoulder
She just nodded to him then tapped her coms "Correction, Sir" Tessa said "We're pushing thorough. Going to check some buildings, and then push toward the exit."
"Negative, just you, Max, Keep pushing them back."
"Understood." Tremor said and started his march where the rest were backing away to.
