Meet the contenders for new ring materials!
Left is Premo and Sculpey Souffle blend. Middle is pure Souffle. Right is pure Premo.
Top is the original Kato ring, many times repaired after breaking from wear.

All three warped a bit when baked, but the blend and souffle were able to be successfully tweaked. Premo snake's head broke off in an attempt to fix it. I glued the head back on, but the warp remains, making it unwearable. Premo snake is out of the running!

All three are flexible, though more testing is needed. Souffle seems to be the most pliable of the three. Really digging Souffle so far, I like the blend too. Both will be worn and tested for casual wear. I have to be sure constant body heat wont loosen them and that they don't break easily. The flexibility should be a help in that direction, as the Kato was rigid and hard.
If wear tests are successful, then I shall test paint and varnish on them. Then if all goes well from there, I can offer these guys for sale finally. :D
