Probably not canon. Liv is in the same universe as the other FA characters which is like "slightly further than modern and also on another planet", but I felt like drawing her in very impractical mage outfit doing magic.
We can just pretend that Tasha got her to wear some random costume, pose for a pic and then played around the pic in Photoshop or something. =P
