This is the one hundred and sixty-fifith item, the one hundred and thirty-ninth art piece, the eighty-second original piece and the fifth piece for 2017, since the formation of the museum.
This is a piece of art that was commissioned by
LordJaguar and was drawn by 
bluwolf0.
The picture shows what is taking place before the start of a National Heroine press conference that is taking place at the UN, and showing that Baghatur, who is likely appearing at her first such press conference, and quickly noticing some similarities between her fellow NHs, and is making a secret check list:
1) Tall
2) lots of cleavage
3) thighs or belly often exposed
It would seem that she might be wondering how constant these similarities are among the other heroines.
I'm sure that Germania and the others will explain to her the reason for their costume choices, as well as tell her that she doesn't need to change her outfit if that is the way she wants to dress.
