Was kind of wondering how you'd present it I think I prefer this way. Baby talk written out looks kind of weird. And it's nice to know what she's trying to say. But will she still enjoy it as much if she can't hear what she sounds like? Hope so.

So this page is basically what her mind is saying, but next page is what she's Actually saying. (Thank goodness I'm late or else I wouldn't really get the joke...and even then, even if it is adorable what she's actually saying, it's not nice to laugh...especially in front of such a shy, adorable lynx).
OH, WAIT! I just realized, in the second frame, she's happy, cutesy and sucking her paci, but in the 3rd and 4th frame she's not, but rather doesn't have it in and is shy and uncertain.
It TOTALLY WORKED! Okay, that is...kinda funny if a little entertaining I'll admit but must you laugh so much in front of her?

I think there are other explanations for that as well. I don't say you are wrong, just that there are other possibilities.
Like, she was still happy in the second panel while coming from the Hypnosis and still had the Pacifier in. After she sat down, she took it out and explained how it went.

Maybe she was still in high spirits for the kind try but got sad again while explaining it "doesn't" worked. Or she was just happy to suck on her paci?
We both have different opinions and interpretations to this page and I think we should just let it be before we start some kind of deeper discussion that has nothing to do with the page and let us just enjoy the story.

Still, considering their reactions, I'd say the hypnosis worked honestly and what we have here in the later two panels is what Star THINKS she is verbally letting out.
In other news, I've never been hypnotized, and...don't think I'd ever want to try, in the event it works and the person takes even a slight, rude advantage.

Yes, I too think it actually worked.
So far I have heard, even in Hypnosis you really can't make doing things that go against your moral. But even I wouldn't try it.
But I think Star has now two major problems:
One: How is she gonna ask for permission to go on the Big Girl Potty?
And two: How will she use her Safeword? (Don't forget: It's Tadpole^^)

True, but if she talks entirely like a baby, they'll likely know something is up cause I don't recall a page on which Star was babbling nonsensically up to this point. In fact, I wouldn't be surprised if, when Star comes out of it, she may be horribly embarrassed maybe to a crying point and in comes Manda to comfort her while Teca deals with the punishment perhaps.
Possible. But when she is put in the Yellow Room (AB Role Play), they will probably think she just plays her role. I think Manda will come just in time to safe her from the embarrassment! At least... I hope so. I was never a fan of embarrassment scenes. Either in Comics or Movies. I always felt awkward myself watching that kind of thing...
But on the other hand... Dracos said she wouldn't do something she is not comfortable with. So maybe, when she doesn't want something, she is able to talk again.

Which I find interesting, because when I've been under hypnosis, and talking baby talk, I am fully aware and cognizant that I'm not speaking real words, nor even attempting to speak real words. I know I'm talking babytalk. I don't think I'm talking adult words, I can hear baby talk.
It all depends on how deep I get to be honest, sometimes it'll effect me more than I thought so when I go to try and speak I hear the words coming out of my mouth but only to be told that I can't be understood. Other times though I'm fully aware that I'm babbling like a baby, which in turn only helps make me even more of a baby. :3
For all of you who say she IS talking baby talk, why would the others be laughing at her, instead of congratulating her? It doesn't make sense.
But, on the other hand, the first panel seems to indicate that they actually do expect Draco to pull off the hypnosis. I guess we'll just have to wait until next week. But, pranking a new girl that you have no clue about is not exactly the smartest thing, either. You don't know if she'll get angry and punch you out!

I don't know what to feel now. It's great seeing a realistic treatment of my kinks coming together. I'd almost given up on finding anyone else use hypnosis realistically in fiction, so to find it in an ABDL context is simply amazing :D But right not it's a little sour, because that particular result would be a nightmare for me.
Can't wait for next week's chapters :) Want to see how far this will go.

For me that's always been a terrifying thing. People laughing at her makes it even worse.
But… enough people enjoy helplessness and humiliation. I think there's a pretty good chance Draco would have made sure he's aware of Star's feelings, to make sure this is something she'd enjoy.
Kind of hope they'll move onto something else soon… until then, I'll keep reminding myself that different people have very different tastes. If she enjoys it, it's all good.
