I wanted to reply much earlier but sometimes things keep happening.
Very cute rendition of this Dino character as a parade blimp. And not just a blimp, I see but actually a balloonie in extra large. Very imaginative with the way he's held down. I overall like the jolly nature and many colors chosen for the artwork. You must surely either love that show or the character design a lot to make a personal mascot in a similar design. ^_^
