Dr. Cailin Elaphe is a local doctor that a friend suggested Rodent go to for his usual check-ups, given that he was very inexpensive.
In part 1, Rodent is patiently waiting to be called into the office, only to to be surprised at the discovery that Dr. Cailin happens to be a corn snake naga. Obviously, his friend failed to mention that part.
