Fulga is an OC that I OWN, you cannot use her as she is a piece of myself that represents my loyalty, curiosity, honesty and wisdom
You may have noticed this strange wolf walking by you. A formation of rocks sticking out here, another there with lightning cloudy wings?
And you wonder how she ended up like that.
Well let me tell you about Fulga, the Sand Wolf, and her mistake in life.
So lets first explain Fulgas background.
As a Sand Wolf Fulga grew up in the desert with her uncle's clan, with only one major rule.
DONT GO OUT DURING A STORM.
The reasoning behind this was always shushed by the elders and other wolves. So Fulga did not know why this rule existed. But she loved the storms so. The lightning was always so pretty, and the sounds! The sounds they created we're so loud they would shake the ground beneath her.
Eventually her curiousity got the better of her and against her parents and uncles wishes she went on a "journey".
At first she was alright, no storms in sight.for days, weeks of her quest.
Until one fateful evening.
She was awoken from her slumber with a loud "CRACK" as lightning hit the tree beside the ledge she was sleeping beneath and suddenly it was pouring down rain.
The ledge she was now shivering with fear beneath was not big or high enough to protect her from the storm. However there was a cave about 20 feet she spotted as the lighting hit the ground not 10 feet from where she was.
She decided to sprint for it, try and get to safety. And she gathered her things, waited for the next bolt and ran as fast as she could!
15 seconds into her run she suddenly stops and falls over after being hit by a bolt!
But seeing as she is made of sand, she wasnt "injured" per say. No instead the sand inside of her melted where the lightning had touched and had turned to glass as it exploded around and inside her.
She got back up, her head a bit heavier, suddenly light all around her.
As she takes in everything she notices these rock formations sticking out of her and her once fluffy white wings, are now in a stormy formation with lightning shooting out of them every few seconds, almost looking like wings. However they create no sound of their own.
She finishes running to her safe spot and curls up and tries to sleep, knowing her journey is over.
She eventually makes it back home, and her name is changed from Tera to Fulga as she is now covered in Fulgurite.
She also notices that her wings only show lightning on cloudy or stormy days and are otherwise just a cloudy grayish mass of clouds.
Hopefully she has learned her lesson as she is the only of her clan so covered in stones
Hey guys! Thanks for reading Fulga's story! She was originally a gray Timber Wolf named Tera and as of recently I decided to mix her up and remake her character with my favorite rock, Fulgurite.
Calling her a "Sand Wolf in no way relates to the open species of AzureHowl, I was just coming up with some lore to fit Fulga's new form.
