Most of my friends and some of my long term watchers know I'm kind of into running now...maybe borderline addicted but I really enjoy it! So I thought it fitting to have Whisper drawn as Nike, a goddess well known for her fierce, competitive spirit and speed. Nike's graceful beauty yet kick ass attitude suits Whisper perfectly!
Huge thanks again to intricatevision for this awesome sketch I caught from sale she was having! She always does a wonderful job drawing my girl~

Oh yeah, I've been into mythology a while now. Back when I was a senior in high school, I was taking an Advanced Placement English course and part of our required summer reading was Greek Mythology (still got that book somewhere at the house). It went into detail about mythology and the history of all the gods and goddess; very interesting actually.
I heard about that game, god of war, just never played it (and I still have my PS2 as well, I should really buy it one day and try it).
Where I run, the traffic and streets are just as bad! I'm just used to the flow of traffic, not to mention most of the neighbors know my running routine, so I'm able to run without fear of getting hit....nowadays I'm mostly on the lookout for dogs and snakes roaming about, haha.

Yeah, I recall seeing god of war alot when I was growing up and just got my ps2 but never touched it. But later on, several of my friends told me what a great hack and slash game it is and how much I would enjoy it-

I've always been good at running. One time when my mom fell at a gass station on a grate sticking out of there lot. She tried to sue them for knee surgery costs. I was nearby and ran to her when she had fallen and in jury there was talk about the whole thing being staged cause i was a "hired professional runner" but really adrenaline makes you do remarkable things lol
You know they say when someone you care about is in danger or facing danger, it gives you such an adrenaline rush, you're capable of doing almost anything...which apparently includes running super fast in your case, lol. I'd say I'm an intermediate runner at best. I do sprinting and run around my neighbor 3-4 days a week (averaging 10 miles a week, give or take) but I don't really have much of a runner's body like the people you see running track have

Keep in mind, I am building 500 snowmobiles a dayfor 10 hours every day. I am very quick and powerful for my tiny skinny size. Its the long haul with running that worries me lol i am a smoker so that will make anything after one mile like death.
