Before you say anything, he did not go through puberty! I'm still waiting for that phase (just kidding XD) he's just going through a muscle growth. Probably after drinking too much steroid juice
He's fine. Plus he's not naked. Although the most that suffere are his pants, belts and vest. Only thing the boots suffered were snapped laces
Just be glad that they mend automatically once he goes back to normal. Coz...dragon magic and stuff XD
