(I was trying to do that thing with the swirly eyes like that scene in All Dog Go To Heaven when they get to the Alligator's "lair" of sorts. It looks more like he's being hypnotized, which is a theory I don't mind. Honestly, it's up to interpretation.)
(That bowtie is also another accessory he wears often.)
(I love his expression so much. Took forever to get his muzzle down, but it was worth it~)
