I found both former boys still have some human hair on their heads. Is is a permanent property of their new forms or this last humanity trace will disappear after the next shedding season?

I think I will keep them permanently.
It's like a symbol to signify that they were human before.

but the idea that their hair will be gone after next shedding season it sounds interesting!
