Dover Screen Test

Here is Dover’s first screen test. This is the first time he performed in this full costume. There is video of this but the link expired. And big deal anyway.
Basically completely blind and somewhat restricted by the fur I think he did very well. The costume is functioning better than expected. Especially with the ability to get the voice out of the mask.

I caught the video before the link expired. The suit looks good. I'm surprised you can still play the bass with the paws on and still sound good. The paws probably dampen the notes a little I'm guessing.

I appreciate that. A lot of R&D went into getting the paws to work. Hard to really even explain. You are correct about the dampening the notes. Fortunately bass is more forgiving with tone. Muffle the strings a bit and it sounds warm and mellow. For many types of music it's quite appropriate. Hard funk or heavy rock probably have to bust out a big pick. Just have to keep working it and see what's possible.
