The youngest of the Children of Darkness, while having the body of a young colt, he is actually older than Celestia. Black Hope is the embodiment of the evil that is born from hope and is evil by nature. He uses his small pitiful figure to passive-aggressively alter others thoughts on their not so pure actions in life as Black Hope discovers them and trys to make them give up on these actions. His only wish is that everypony at least trys to be a better Pony.
