He wanted a picture of Russell from Littlest Pet Shop scuba diving, the puffer fish wasn't in the initial request but I added it because I thought it would be a cute idea cause their both spikey.
Honestly, I had a really tough time with this, for some reason the shading and other effects wouldn't look right and the linework got all messed up at one point. So yeah, I had quite a bit of trouble working on this but I think it turned out ok.
