A request picture for 
OuranosCaelus
He wanted a picture of the evil Luna from the "Reflections" arc of the MLP comic series to go along with the pic of evil Celestia I did for him a while ago.
He also wanted the coloring style to be the same as the Celestia picture and I think that was the right choice, it keeps the two pictures consistent.
