I was bored so wanted to try out baking this peach quark-cream pie I dare to say I succeeded at this ^^
The recipe
bottom dough
300 g (Gram) Butter
2 dl (decilitre) sugar
2 eggs
6 dl flour
2 ts (teaspoon) baking powder
1 jar/can Peaches
filling
200-300 g curd
200-300 g sour cream
2 dl sugar
1. Whisk and mix melted butter, sugar and eggs with a mixer, add flour and baking powder mix into dough one step at the time. When the flour mix starts impact, use the ladle to mix it.
2. Lubricate the tray dish with a butter or spray it with grease spray. Put the dough onto tray dish and pat it on every spot to the edge
3. Place chopped peaches on the bottom dough For the filling mix up the curd, sour cream and sugar then pour the filling on
.
4 Let the pie cook up in the oven 30 minutes at 200 C heat of Celsius
