I agree with the title. Reservoirs with ice, transparent pipe pulsating white composition, e are protective glass shields with ice crystals, which runs through the filling strange energy battery and reservoirs. Unusual control panel, and from everywhere shine and blossoming white, blue and silver.
Reminds me of Zelda in some places. Particularly the middle bits.
The stormy bit around 2:30 minutes feel unsettled. But it gets better as it goes on. Also feels the snowiest. Like snowfall behind a lens. With motion.
Found the ending and beginning to be interesting choices. A slower buildup and faster fading end.
I like a good portion of it, though I think I may not entirely agree with some bits particularly in the first minute or so.
Still, aptly named and well done. Chilly!
