Thought I'd jump on board the April 1st theme today on DeviantArt and whip up something. Wasn't sure of what to draw at first, but after a friend showed me a pic of a woman with a pear-like body-shape, that plus this theme, amalgamated together in my head and resulted in a fantastic idea.
Bellymouth pear mutation.
And that's exactly what this is. But it looks like the mouth is exhaling some sort of noxious gas. Probably mutagenic, to increase the speed of its host's changes, as well as infect others. The area may be quarantined, everything kept inside by that wall, but even that may not be enough to stop this.

For sure! Mouths appearing in places they shouldn't is quite a freaky subject. It can vary depending on the mouth and it's "intentions". A pair of lips that want to kiss, or a monstrous maw that seeks to devour. Or a copy of the host's but with a mind of its own, or just simply another mouth to use. Plenty of options! All of which have their own level of strangeness to them. And then for something different, there's animal muzzle mutations!
