OK, this pilot has survived the crash. I push the latch, and pull the D handle out 6 feet to jettison canopy. Presumably that means explosives. The plane is sitting upright? Well, I guess this would be better than nothing. Read about Ivan Kincheloe for the problems inherent with some ejector designs. What a cool museum!
