This is for Gene.

It wish it was better. I was very emotional, drawing it. Gene brought me so much. Every furry picture I've drawn goes back to him and his crew. He brought me together with some dear friends over the years.

I regret I didn't draw more for him. I regret I never got to make a convention to meet him in person.

But I certainly don't regret meeting him, and having him as an idol on my art journey.

There's so much more to say, and nothing more I can think to. My heart breaks, especially for those closest to him.

I didn't add RIP or anything like that... I didn't want this to be a somber, serious picture. I just wanted this to be a picture of my friend, and one of my anthro art idols. I've come a long way since I drew you the first time, Gene. Thank you for encouraging me for all these years.
