I look back sometimes and think 'What did i do to deserve that'?
And I've come to realize, through the tears, through the restless nights, through the meals i could not stomach.
That all this, is small cut on the surface of my life ahead. But it hurts at times..like a wound in my side.
So many words I've wasted cursing your disloyalty. But for every lie, you gave me one less mistake in the future.
And every time I see you with that 'comfort' you sacrificed so much for, I've come to realize..
That you have become nothing more then a small ache in my side & a sad story to tell in this serenity I've rediscovered.
I am recovering and I am certainly not alone anymore.
