We're getting there!
Just got the base complete (sort of).
It's missing 4 SUPER TINY pieces that I lost cause of their tininess. Unfortunately, 2 of those went on the chest, a second set of gray pieces under the bigger gray pieces. Shame, those would really help the chest pop more, but, unfortunately, they were so small they just fell out and I couldn't find them again.
The other pieces went on the things on his arms.
Main reason this took so long was cause a piece on the shoulder broke, so I had to delay working on that till I got some modeling glue. Another piece broke, but it's inside the chest and doesn't really matter too much, since inside the chest it's held together pretty well.
Still, despite that, I think I did a pretty good job for a first timer with Gundams.
Right now I'm working on the wing unit + weapons. And boy am I having a lot of problems. Like, piece on the wing unit refuse to stay together, as do they on the weapons. I got one of the shields done tho! Wish me luck!
