It was exciting to see the whole cave. It was more filled with ice than any other they ever explored, but still this was not a bad thing. The frozen water shined thanks to the light that came through the entry and bounced off the small and big pillars, back and forth, back and forth. Nothing seemed to stop the light, it was magnificent. Noren and Kamaka followed the black Kukuri with star like luminescent, which brightened the air around her. She smiled and looked around, this was truly a great place to be in and it wasn't even as much of a challenge as she had thought, to convince Noren and Kamaka to come with her. Noren had his stuffed animal, a panda, with him and was not as interested in the enviroment as Surona (not a real surprise though), but this wouldn't stop them from exploring it even further. The walls shone and Kamaka looked around, following Noren who looked up and down, then back to amber Kukuri who met his gaze with a smile. The biggest Kukuri looked back to his daughter, she smiled and ran further into the cave. Even though the ground was slippery as hell, she wouldn't slip once, while Noren already had to help up Kamaka at least five times. Of course mostly because the amber kukuri wouldn't dare to let this chance slip to get some help, but he seemed also a little helpless since they entered this cave. The shiny surroundings might be a hard challenge when you just have one eye.
They walked further, following the path Surona took and tried not to fall on the ground. Every step was a little challenge for Kamaka, but he managed, he couldn't ignore the beauty around him and had to catch up from time to time to Noren and his halfsister. Surona was able to jump over a huge ice barrier, sliding down a short slope, disappearing from their sight and it took the other two a while to find a way around it. Noren tried as fast as he could to cross this place, while they were climbing down and Noren hold tight to his stuffed friend, they saw Surona healthy and happy standing next to a huge pillar filled with colourful crystals.
The moment they got away from the slope, Noren checked how his daughter was, before looking at the pillar. Kamaka smiled, while sniffing and looking at some red crystals above his head. The two luminscent kukuri walked around it, checking all the different colours and forms. Kept in the ice the light could bounce off the other stones, filling the ice pillar itself with a rainbow.
Surona smiled proudly. After all she was the one who found it first.
Their breath floated in front of their noses, vaporing in the air and glittering with the different colours. The breath condensed on the ice pillar and small drips of water ran down, slowly freezing onto it. They looked at each other and even the biggest of them had to admit that it was a good experience. And he could be sure his daughter would find more caves after this to explore.
Especially after finding such a treasure.
