Here I am, resting
in a meadow, warm
under the pleasant light
passing through the clouds
which cover the sky,
like a soft blanket.

The grass so green,
up against my fur.
The bush around me
is lush with life.
The forest sings with
joyful harmony and grace.

My long ears tingle,
listening to sounds around.
My four hooved limbs,
make me feel innocent.
Not helpless, but without
malicious or evil intent.

My only covering article
is this blue skirt.
My favourite from home.
Otherwise I am bare.
My fur keeps me
warm, and so soft.

I have these two
nubs on my head.
The start of antlers.
Am I a reindeer?
Or maybe a hermaphrodite?
Either one is okay.

I don't often think
about my human past.
Full of troubles, I
prefer to live in
the present. And proceed
into a blissful future.

Bliss. The reason why
I am here today.
I met Her servant
Lynzie, who helped me
in my darkest days.
And gave me peace.

Now, I live here
in these lush woods,
as a happy deer.
Keeping my eyes open
for my boyfriend. Who
is a handsome wolf.

As ironic as our
forms our, it is
as Lynzie had said.
Without the other, they
would not have purposes.
Nature would not exist.

But thankfully for us
our relationship is strong.
We need not worry
of death or anguish.
We live now together
under Bliss's tender love.

I close my eyes
smiling, at peace with
my life. So now
I slowly drift off
as I had started.
