This is about twice as much detail as I usually put into a sketch before I start inking. The hair fringe, chest ruff, shoulder and elbow details, toes, nose, and eyes? Almost all of those are usually added during inking by me, rather than during the sketch. Doodles drawn on these tiny sheets of paper usually don't even get sketches, they go straight to inking and then get colored.
