On a recent visit to a comic book store I used to frequent I was informed that ToyFare, an action figures collector's magazine had ceased production almost six years ago. Sheesh... I'm REALLY behind in the times.
Anyway, one of the things I relished about the photo-cartoon series was when the action figure of Doctor Doom found himself not being taken as seriously as he wanted to be. In this instance, after having a "Devastating Weapon" of his creation backfire on him, the newly transfigured Doctor has to walk the streets of Megosville to seek help from his arch rival Dr. Richards. Of course he's spotted by the Spider-Man Action figure, much to Doom's embarrassment.
Those were some fun times ToyFare.

Drat!
Do you remember the one where the Mego action figures threw a Halloween party in Dr. Doom's castle, all without Dr. Doom's permission? The Scene where The Hulk uses the basement Jacuzzi "Improperly" made me laugh so hard it felt like my jaw was going to crack.
