Hey guys, time for the 2nd of the month.
Thought I'd go for something a little more stronger.
Perdomo Habano Sun Grown Robusto:
Wrapper: Nicaragua Sun Grown
Binder: Nicaragua
Filler: Nicaragua
Pre-Light/Construction:
The appearances was Royal Bronze, and Ritzy. For the cigar band marking the signature Perdomo Logo along with the Nicaragua Sun Grown wrapper, there was something a bit of a kick compacted into it. Slightly Oily and a bit of Tooth in the wrapper. Veins were moderate and seems were a bit present, but no too pertruding. The scent was vibrant in pepper and cedar. Let's get into it!
The Burn Part 1:
The draw was a bit loose, but alot of smoke came out. The main contenders in the flavor notes are a strong black pepper and a bit of hay cedar. Very Potent in the draw, and a bit of body started to form up. Quite the strong start for this stick. The retro hale was smooth though. Till the end of the first round, a bit of nutmeg started to settle the body down a bit. Still a strong start.
The Burn Part 2:
The Draw kind of tightened up a bit, leaving a little more of a smoother tone to the notes. The Black Pepper notes stayed the same, while the cedar became a bit more earthy and floral. Surpisingly the notes of bourbon made it's appearnce. Only slightly though to give it that little essence of that bourbon barrel age. The nutmeg became a little more sweeter, with some zest from the retro hale. It was at this point the body became a little more fuller, but a little slower on the build up. Still, my head was beginning to spin.
The Burn Final:
By now, my head was a bit bumping and spinning. I walked around and talked to my buddies up at the front desk. The notes were still strong as ever. For the last few puffs, the nutmeg zest came in second, while the cedar notes made first. This was the brink for me. With the last few puffs, I put it in the ashrtray with a, "Shit, that was strong."
Verdict:
Power, Spice, Strength, any words that resemble the fact that this stick has ALOT of kick to it. You got balls? You got Spunk, You got a Tough Pallet? Give yourself the oppurtunity to take on this bad boy......if you dare.

See you all then!
