Hey, new refund system! I've divided my process into three stages: Early (between concept to initial sketching), Middle (final sketching to color completion), and Late (shading and lighting to finished product). In the Early stage, you get a full refund, Middle stage is 50%, and Late there is no refunding!
Management
I really like cooperating with clients so that they get the best picture I can get them! Typically I use Tumblr's messaging system or Telegram, but I also have Skype, email, and facebook! Though I will try to stay as close to the original concept as possible, some scenarios just make me really uncomfortable so either we reach a compromise or the commission is dropped. Sending additional references for pose, environment, or color palette is encouraged but not required (though I may ask you for them if I can't readily find them). I like to send progress updates every 2-3 days so that my clients are in the loop, usually just a screenshot of the canvas.
-Edits
Similar to the refund system but much more lax, Early stage editing from the client is acceptable to any degree, but when it comes to Middle and Late stages please understand that large changes might be difficult! Try to keep them to details and color changes later on.
On average, I can get a final product to a client in between 1-2 weeks, depending on how my life is going at the time and how quickly I can advance through the picture. I will try to keep it in that time frame but please be understanding if it goes over!
