Livestream Commission. This is a TF sequence of a female turtle after coming into contact with mutagen (hence the glow at the beginning) and turning into anthro version of herself.
This is a tribute to Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, the biggest fictional property involving animal to anthro TF (unless you count Island of Doctor Moreau). This species of turtle is a red-eared slider, the definitive pet turtle and what the TMNT used to be before mutating (in some continuities anyway). However, I told Pac that the anthro's design would just be how she usually handles my commissions, hence why she lacks three fingers, two toes, and teeth.
