Because everyone wants more Jackie Breitart. =3 Sometimes, when this sociopath's usual sadism isn't providing enough of a kick for her, she turns to her masochistic tendencies and takes them to extremes instead. With access to nearly limitless supplies of medicines, needles, and miscellaneous pieces of medical equipment at her disposal, there's almost no procedure that's out of her reach for an attempted personal rush. As much as she tries to keep her dark escapades secret, higher-ranking hospital staff have their suspicions regarding connections between the disappearances of various supplies and Jackie's occasional lapses into "altered states"... but, since Jackie is a top-performing nurse, suspected incidents are often allowed to fall to the wayside without comment, let alone reprimand.

Here, Jackie demonstrates that even a self-administered IV infusion is fair game for a high. What exactly she's self-administering is anyone's guess, but it seems to have been pilfered from the cardiology department. It could easily be a cardiac stimulant... or, knowing this vixen's need for excitement, even a cardiac disrupter. Daring indeed... (but she probably knows what she's doing =3 ).
