Backstory: Oscar was a Special Cinnamon Rat he has posses abilities allowing him to survive with no problem.
Oscar wanted was to explore where no rat has ever gone before and make friends on his travels some his size and other that are bigger than him.

Oscar was a normal rat until he was experimented by a young girl who can see good within Oscar so she given him the powers to survive throughout the outside world and given him a special necklace that help him out,And then he's was set out to the world after 6 weeks of care. He promised that he will return to his human friend soon if he returns back to his homeland.
