Aha, thanks again, and I went the whole of 2016 without putting much detail into things as I was trying to recover from my uni animation course. So yeah, like a year and a half of just struggling to draw in general. But hey, let me focus on my forms a bit more. |D; Those improved if nothing else. I have tried to put more work into my art this year though, with mixed results. orz I'll defo try backgrounds more if I can manage. c:
And not the standard ones, I don't think. I have a few Kyle Brush brushes and some I got off my uni computers but I'm not sure where they're from. I still use the default brush on occasion if I want to get smoother lines as the Kyle brushes I most commonly use are kinda rough, better suited for sketchy lines. c:

Seems to me like your art improved during this time. You got good expression skills so even your older art looks lively.
