The very first thing you should do. Get your timing belt changed, if it snaps your motor is FUCKED
You can bolt on the z32 front brakes the same shit that is on the Skyline. You do need to modify your brake hoses.
Leave the rear spoiler alone, it is classy and funtional. If it is rotten find a 1987 or 1988 fiberglass one. Bolts right up. It is is an american model you will need the rear wiper arm as well.
If your going to turbo it, you need the computer from a turbo. Or a fuel pressure regulator. Keep your N/A block and heads get the turbo exhaust manifolds and run a 3 inch exhaust.
DO NOT RUN 20LB YOU WILL BLOW UP YOUR MOTOR. 15 to 18 LB max Trust me, I know this.
KYB struts and a good lowering spring, eibach or super sprint
1988 turbo rear diff, LSD
Run an intercooler
Leave your mechanical fan alone, don't try runnning electric ones, they suck.
Get a blow-off valve
If you want PM me I tell you more if you want.

nice! make sure you check you suspension components on that particular model...
if it's the rear wheel drive version your axle seals wear down quickly... front wheel drive models always had trouble with its front upper and lower ball joints... but other than that they are great cars!
oh here's my awesome rare car! http://www.furaffinity.net/view/3405760
