I especially like the way you can't eject a fucking CD on an iMac, as there is no button to do so. Defragging is replaced with broken "Permissions". Oh I know, it just SHUTS OFF for no fucking reason whatsoever....oh wait, that's not good either.
I am not saying Microshit is wonderful happy fun land...but at least I can do simle shit without having to wade through 900 fucking hidden menus, stand on my head and wiggle my left foot widdershins to get it to open an email app.
Well, at least with the Allmighty Apple, you can do cool case mods. Oh wait...
It's so easy to use, too! My friend has had one now for a year, and it's jusy super! Except for when you want to do something simple, like say, play a CD. Or listen to an MP3. Or unzip a zip file.
She spent 2 hours on the phone with tech support today, and they had her hold down 6 buttons and restart the machine 6 times. Sure, you don't have the BSOD on a Mac, but then, when it just shuts off, it's just a blank screen.
Ahhhh....god I hate Windows. *snap*
I don't know how she has tolerated the fuucking thing, honestly. I have another friend that told me "If you can't figure out how to use a mac, then you are too stupid to live."
......guess I'll just go drink some Drano and be done with it then.

Haha, 1814 bytes of truth.
The PC market is open and competitive. Companies can feel free to experiment, and people buy into what they want. It's pretty decent capitalism. Apple's only tie to any of that is using the best parts which come from the competitive market, and use them to make products which compete with that market. We live with graphics driver problems so that Nvidia can make the chips which Apple then buys up and incorporates into all their products. Of course there's nothing wrong with that, unless you have a product line which directly fights against switching away. Alienware might also pick the high-grade parts that come from the competitive PC market, but when you get a new computer, you can keep your OS, software and peripherals whether your next system is an Alienware or not...
