Thing is, you'd think #2 wouldn't have to even be listed as a rule. Yet I've been in dozens of streams where some random asshat pops up and starts asking for art of their "Totally original all important extra special character™", then gets upset because you *gasp* ACTUALLY WANT THEM TO PAY. 8O
Firefly, I happened to notice that you have a Picarto stream thing. There's a function that is there that may correlate to a rule above.
At Picarto, those who engage in chat have the ability to 'Whisper', which is where someone can click on a username in the list, and send a message ONLY to that person, where the message does NOT show up in the chat.
I'm just wondering if it's possible for people to use that Whisper function to send each other links privately, given the links would be visible to no one else?
It's a small technicality that I picked up from there. =P

yes I am well aware of the whisper function, I have been using picarto for a few years now... its how I handle a lot of the info exchanges for the commissions and how I give my paypal address out...
and what someone whispers to someone else is fine, thats not my buisness... so if they share links in private thats fine, its when you share links openly that makes me angry, unless its related to stream and I am asked permission first
