His name is Jay, with Stella Jay as a tentative nickname. His design is mostly based off of stellar jays. (Yes, I know, but the name fits for a lot of other reasons, so I couldn't pass it up.) I haven't fully decided if he's trans or gender fluid, sort of, but I have decided that he was born female and, being not a mammal, basically changed gender. Not sure if birds have done that, but I know reptiles have, so it doesn't seem like a stretch that a Utahraptor could.
The top is the unshaded design, bottom is shaded because he's mostly so dark that it's difficult to see where his limbs are.
