This is Issac, he's actualy not as brain damaged as the other Dragoats in the trailer park, the problem however is the damage that WAS done has left him with a "split personality". His brain will sometimes "Short out" with a visible twitch of his head. When this happens he swaps back and forward between his usual sophisticated self with a British accent to the steriotipical trailer park resident, much like the others, only he doesn't stay that way. This is compleatly random, and may even happen in the middle of a sentance.

He can suppress this quirk, but only by smoking pot, and even then he'll stay in what ever "mode" he was in when he smokes it.

His left ear was blown off by a hunter who mistook him for a wild animal, with the money from the law suit he purchased one of the biggest lots in the park, even though he only actualy uses half of it, the other is a large garden of swan shaped bushes and roses, lots and lots of em', he's not all up there sometimes when he "decorates".
