No this is my new side character who happens to be an elephant inside of an elephant costume thank you. And that elephant in Zootopia is not named Toot toot either his name is Fennick. The Name itself refers to the Sound an Elephant makes.
The "Toot Toot" in Zootopia is a Fennec Fox named Fennick.
This is in No WAY A copy of him.
This is an ELEPAHNT inside of an ELEPHANT Costume.

If you have a problem politely note the user and explain yourself versus being rude like this.

If the character was Fennick and had the same color,name of Fennick, and background as Fennick it'd be a copy but this is a STOCK character. Learn the differences please.
