Yep! I said that! But I thought on it, and implemented a rule that if you don't have a preexisting design for me to work from, there's a surcharge and I'll draw quick mock-ups of your character so we can figure out the character quicker with less "no redo it all from scratch" and having to delete hours of work over and over - just like 10 minutes of work, instead.
It works well and I'm satisfied with this system!
