A birthday gift for 
Sigma-XX I've been meaning to do for a while.
Looks like Sigma's come across the Flesh Sculptor program and has given it a go! Thankfully - in some ways - he hasn't gone too too extreme yet and hasn't replaced his tongue and/or fingers or other parts with anything odd or strange. Though extending your spine and body into a whole new lower section is still quite an experience I would have to say! And then some breast development for some added fun, ha ha! This is only a mid-transformation though, so who knows how far he'll go! ;)
