You beat yourself up too much. The layout is fine, easy enough to follow (save maybe for the top middle four panels, that took me a moment. Though the little arrows, once I noticed them, helped). And I've been there for game addictions, it happens (well, replace Fallout 3 with Dead Space and that's me).

I'm just stressed-out 'coz of all of the things I need to get done and how I'm almost-failing math because I can't remember anything from the lectures or anything at all, and then I get this whole list of things I need to get done by the end of the day, but I can never remember it all, and I've tried writing it down, but then I forget to write the things down as the day goes by. BASICALLY, the root of all of my stress boils down to the fact that I can't remember shiz.

Game addictions yaaay. I'm about to go play Fallout 3 a'fore bed. <<;

Yeah, I've been there. It's not fun. But, time went on, I was still there, all the things that were bugging me (especially school related) eventually ended. Trust me, you'll be fine :)

I've never been able to remember things, though. The immediate stress will go away eventually, but it'll be back another time.

BUT, I'm rather excited because I'll get to take pictures of my history teacher's REAL WWII Nazi memorabilia-things and then I'll get to paint them! :DD Soooo looking forward to getting to paint a real Nazi flag.
